Kilkerran 8Y CS Bourbon (2025)

Part of Kilkerran's limited core range, this Kilkerran 8 year old cask strength is released annually, either as a one or two part release. Previous releases have included full maturations in Bourbon, Port and Sherry, with the latest releases fully matured in Bourbon.

This product contains the 2025 Release fully matured in Bourbon.
Bottled at 55.6% ABV.


Nose
A typically zesty introduction to this dram, there are notes of key lime pie, apple jelly, honey and vanilla.

Palate
There is a creaminess on the palate, with notes of banoffee pie, vanilla custard and panna cotta.

Finish
Sea salt and brine notes emerge in the finish, along with a gorse note.
