Distilled in 2003, molasses-based, in a column still kettle.
Then aged for 19 years in 200L bourbon barrels in Port of Spain, Trinidad.
Then an additional 3 years of maturation in 200L Ferrand casks in Javrezac, France.
Bottled in 2025 at 47.8% ABV.
